This ensures that the data is handled within the EU\/EEA area, in accordance with GDPR requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Certified Data Protection Officer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Certified Data Protection Officer:<\/strong> We have a certified data protection representative who ensures that our processes and practices comply with the GDPR&#039;s standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data processor agreements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Individual <a href=\"https:\/\/tappin.no\/en\/databehandleravtale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Data Processing Agreements<\/a><\/strong>: For each of our customers, we establish a separate data processing agreement. This ensures that the handling of personal data is carried out in accordance with the strict requirements of the GDPR.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">DPIA - Data Protection Impact Assessment<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Implementation of DPIA:<\/strong> DPIA stands for Data Protection Impact Assessment. It is a process to identify and minimize the risk associated with personal data. We carry out the DPIA in accordance with the GDPR&#039;s rules and recommendations to ensure that our data processing activities do not pose a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Non-conformity Reporting and Incident Systems\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><font dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><strong>Incident Reporting and Event Logging<\/strong>: We have implemented systems for immediate reporting and handling of any incidents or security incidents.
