Sport Industry Connect hosted by Igloo takes networking to new heights with the Tappin Event app! Tappin’s Event app creates a dynamic way to network when meeting physically. With Tappin’s Event Solution, organizers have a seamless flow of information to all participants with both text messages and an updated event app throughout the event.\u00a0\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Igloo Innovation is a knowledge and innovation center in close connection with the world’s largest winter park – SN\u00d8 at L\u00f8renskog in Norway. Igloo brings together the entire Norwegian sports industry for a networking gathering and uses Tappin’s event – app for both registration for the event, important information sharing and not least the most important factor; networking. Manufacturers, retail, fitness and training, recreation, sports tourism and events, sports medicine, public health and sports come together to build networks and share knowledge during the annual conference – Sport Industry Connect.\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

How to create an arena with solid networking and high professionalism throughout the conference?\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

How to create engagement and seamless information flow before and during the event?\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Solid networking, high professionalism and, not least, a seamless communication flow were the hallmarks of Sport Industry Connect.\u00a0\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Networking was an important reason for Sport Industry Connect, and with Tappin\u2019s networking app for events, all participants were visible. All participants could easily update their profile with both information about themselves and a photo, so that it was easy to get more information about the other participants and easy to navigate between those present during the conference. The Event app also helps participants to take their network with them, as it is open after the event and all contacts who were at the event are available.\u00a0\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The SMS communication in advance was very well received and included a personal link to the event.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the event app, registration was used, and Igloo Innovation had an overview of all participants at all times and could tailor communication to the right people at the right time.  tid.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe event app and tapping solution elevated the event, and was an important part of networking, especially being able to see who came ahead of the event \u2013 updating their own profile, in addition to being able to mingle during the event itself.\u00a0<\/font><\/font><\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

The collaboration with Tappin has been good, with a shared understanding of the goal of the conference and not least good support along the way, where it was needed.
