Igloo Innovation is a knowledge and innovation center closely connected to the world's largest winter park - SNØ at Lørenskog in Norway. Igloo gathers the entire Norwegian sports industry for a network gathering and uses Tappin's event app for both registration for the event, important information sharing and not least the most important factor; networking. Manufacturers, retail, fitness and training, recreation, sports tourism and events, sports medicine, public health and sports gather to build networks and share knowledge during the annual conference - Sport Industry Connect.

How to create engagement and a seamless flow of information before and during the event?
Solid networking, high professionalism and, not least, a seamless flow of communication were throughout Sport Industry Connect.
Networking was an important reason why Sport Industry Connect is held, and in the Tappin Event app all participants were visible. All the participants could easily update their profile with both information about themselves and a photo, so that you could easily get more information about the other participants and easily be able to navigate between those who were present during the conference. The event app also helps the participants to take the network with you further, as it is open after the event and all contacts who were at the event are available.
The SMS communication in advance was very well received and then with a personal link to the event.
In addition to the event app, registration was used, and Igloo Innovation had an overview of all participants at all times and could tailor the communication to the right people at the right time.
