Ingar has a BA in Social Policy at Høgskolen i Inlandet.
He is a Certified Data Protection Officer - PECB.
In 2024, Ingar was named one of the 100 most influential Event Technology people in the world by Eventex.
He has been involved in web development since 1996, with a background from i.a. Bellit AS, WI Oil & Gas Inc. and Select Invest Services SL, and has worked and resided in Spain, Belgium, the USA in addition to Norway.
He has over 28 years of experience with social media and internet technology.
