Solid networking, high professionalism and, not least, a seamless communication flow were the hallmarks of Sport Industry Connect.
Networking was an important reason for Sport Industry Connect, and with Tappin’s networking app for events, all participants were visible. All participants could easily update their profile with both information about themselves and a photo, so that it was easy to get more information about the other participants and easy to navigate between those present during the conference. The Event app also helps participants to take their network with them, as it is open after the event and all contacts who were at the event are available.
The SMS communication in advance was very well received and included a personal link to the event.
